The renovation was carried out by the Vilablanch architecture studio, which has been awarded for many of their renovation projects. The beautiful details of Catalan architecture have been preserved, including the original nolle hydraulic floors and high crafted ceilings. The carpentry has been restored to improve the acoustic-thermal capacities.
The apartment welcomes us with a large hall providing access to the house. Upon entering, we find a single room with a balcony, followed by a large living-dining room furnished with an open kitchen from the Bulthaup house with Gaggenau appliances and black granite countertops. A very cozy space with two large balconies providing ample natural light from the outside.
The access corridor leads to a bathroom and a guest bathroom with fitted wardrobes and room for a washer and dryer. At the end of the corridor we find 3 large, bright rooms with high ceilings and en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms have carefully selected wooden elements, built-in wardrobes, and fully equipped bathrooms. Sinks, showers, and furniture are integrated.
